What to include
Short and clear messages get a faster reply. This helps a lot:
- Link to the page or tool.
- What you tried and what went wrong.
- Your device and browser (e.g., iPhone · Safari).
- A screenshot if possible.
Privacy and data
You can ask to access, delete, correct, or export data. You can also ask to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted ads where the law gives that right, or withdraw consent.

Replies and scope
I aim to reply within a few business days. Some fixes need testing and may take longer. I don’t provide personal, legal, or medical advice—my focus is bugs, clarity, and small updates that make the tools easier to use.
If something is urgent, write “Urgent” in the subject. If it’s about a calculator, include your inputs so I can try the same steps.
