Messages: protect the 24-hour response pillar.

Enter the number of first messages and how many you answered within 24 hours. The tool calculates your response rate and shows whether you’re at or above 95%. If you fall short, it solves the forward-only question: how many next first messages must get a fast reply, with no slow responses, for your overall rate to climb above the threshold. Use saved replies, away messages, and mobile notifications so you rarely miss that window.

On-time dispatch: realistic processing beats heroics.

Star Seller rewards consistency, not impossible promises. Add your on-time dispatch percent and total orders; the calculator estimates how many upcoming orders must ship on time to repair past slips. If you’re cutting it close, stretch processing times slightly, batch labels, and avoid accepting orders you cannot ship on schedule.

Ratings: aiming for a 4.8+ average.

Input how many 5★, 4★, 3★, 2★, and 1★ reviews you received. The tool returns your current average and the number of additional 5★ reviews needed to reach a 4.8 average, assuming no new low ratings. You cannot control every buyer, but you can control clarity: precise photos, sizing, color notes, and packaging that survives delivery.

Volume: orders and sales minimums still matter.

Even perfect behavior on messages and shipping will not unlock the badge if you miss the volume floor. The calculator checks your orders and sales totals against typical Star Seller minimums and shows the remaining gap directly as “more orders” or “more in sales”. That turns the requirement into a concrete goal for campaigns or new listings.

Response rate = (fast replies ÷ first messages). On-time dispatch% = entered on-time percentage; we back into an approximate on-time count from your orders. Ratings average = (5★×5 + 4★×4 + 3★×3 + 2★×2 + 1★×1) ÷ total reviews.

To estimate “extra needed” with perfect future behavior: for a target rate t, current successes s, and total n, we find the smallest integer x such that (s + x)/(n + x) ≥ t. For ratings, with current sum of stars S, reviews n, and target average R, we solve (S + 5x)/(n + x) ≥ R for x (treating all new reviews as 5★). Order and sales pillars are checked directly against their minimum thresholds.
